Job summary

Colliers Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Brokerage Services Coordinator to support our Brokerage teams with high-level sales support, marketing, and operational initiatives. You will prep offering memorandums, proposals, and client materials using InDesign, Adobe, and PowerPoint, ensuring branding quality.

You will coordinate transactions from listing through closing, manage timelines, and serve as a key contact for brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners, driving deals forward with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of five years of real estate experience, commercial real estate preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Well-versed in creating and polishing marketing and presentation materials.
• Clear, confident communication with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver, willing to take initiative and add value.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and client materials: prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
• Transaction management and brokerage support: coordinate transactions from listing through closing and manage timelines.
