Job summary

Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin seeks a Brokerage Services Assistant for our downtown Milwaukee office. You’ll work directly with brokerage, marketing and research teams to provide day-to-day administrative support to our sales agents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication, with opportunities for career growth within commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional real estate and/or administrative experience.
• Strong interest and experience in commercial real estate preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and proofreading skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sense of accountability and exceptional follow-up skills.
• Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials (brochures, surveys, offering memorandums, aerials, data sheets, client packages, maps, eblasts, newsletters).
• Draft and coordinate transaction materials (listing contracts, commission agreements, offers/agreements, amendments).
• Compile property data packages for clients (tenant surveys, reports, maps, presentations).
• Manage listing inventory via online exchanges and updates and signage.
• Assist with broker open houses and industry events.
• Collaborate with Brokerage Services Team to deliver best-in-class service.

is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, individual to join our Brokerage Team as a Brokerage Services Assistant at our downtown Milwaukee office. As a Brokerage Services Assistant, you’ll work directly with members of our brokerage, marketing and research teams to provide day-to-day administrative support to our sales agents.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create various marketing materials including brochures, surveys, offering memorandums, aerials, data sheets, client specific packages, maps, eblasts, and newsletters.
• Draft and coordinate transaction materials including listing contracts, commission agreements, purchase offers/agreements, amendments, etc.
• Compile packages of property data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
• Manage listing inventory via online exchanges and database updates and leasing/sale signage
• Assist with and coordinate broker open houses and other industry related events
• Work closely with other members of the Brokerage Services Team to further the platform and provide best-in-class service to our clients and advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, communications, business or related field
• One to three years of professional real estate and/or administrative experience
• Strong interest and previous experience in commercial real estate preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of accountability and exceptional follow-up skills
• Previous experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred but not required
• Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain within six months of start date
