Job summary

Colliers | Wisconsin seeks a Senior Brokerage Services Coordinator to support brokerage teams in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. You will manage marketing materials, proposals, and presentations while coordinating transactions from listing to closing and ensuring accuracy across timelines and documents.

You will provide high-level administrative support and process improvements, collaborating with brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of real estate experience, commercial real estate preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Well-versed in creating and polishing marketing and presentation materials.
• Clear, confident communication and strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and client materials: prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials; customize using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint.
