Job summary

HDR is seeking a Bridges and Structures Business Class Lead to oversee the coordination, staffing, and technical development of the Bridges and Structures group. You will drive project management, quality control, and collaborative efforts across operations, marketing, and project teams to deliver safe, durable, and efficient transportation structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
10 years of experience.
Professional registration and leadership of diverse teams.
Committed to HDR values.
Experience in leading complex bridge projects.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination and project management for Bridges and Structures business class.
Monitor and improve technical competencies of staff and products.
Collaborate with area operations, marketing and project management.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the business class.
Oversee staffing/resourcing and utilization within projects.
Lead internal communications for the business class.
Foster development of BC technical capabilities.
Coordinate participation in practice groups and reviews.
Perform other duties as needed.
