Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Ten years of experience in related roles.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work with cross-functional groups.
• Committed to HDR values and active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate area projects, manage delivery, and improve technical competencies to meet client needs.
• Participate in project services delivery to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and project management on business class efforts.
• Lead practice groups, reviews, and continuous improvement of standards and QA/QC.
• Plan strategically, budget, and implement plans for the business class.
• Manage staffing, workload, and resource balancing for BC initiatives.
• Drive BC communications and internal strategic initiatives.
• Oversee technical development within the Area and organize participation in practice groups.
• Conduct project and quality control reviews.
