Jacobs in Utah is seeking a Bridge Lead to drive design and delivery of major transportation projects across Utah and the West Central Region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide technical solutions from concept to construction, and collaborate with clients to meet schedule and budget goals.

This role requires a Utah PE license and 15+ years of bridge experience, with strong leadership and experience in alternative delivery. Occasional travel and mentoring of staff are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Utah PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
• 15+ years of bridge-focused engineering experience, including leading large multidisciplinary bridge projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with proven coordination of engineers and technicians.

Aufgaben

• Lead bridge engineering efforts from concept to construction with innovative design solutions.
• Prepare and oversee calculations, plans, specs, cost estimates, and bid packages with quality reviews.
• Mentor mid level and junior engineers and coordinate schedules with PMs and senior engineers.
• Pursue and support alternative delivery projects (DB/CMGC) and proposal development in Utah.
• Engage in business development by cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities.
