Job summary

RS&H is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our bridge/structural team in Utah. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and leadership across project teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and a Utah PE license, with 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders, including UDOT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Experience as a project manager in bridge/structural engineering
• PE license in Utah preferred or required
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects and manage budgets/schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of bridge/structural projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and clarify goals/expectations.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate progress to clients and project teams.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Negotiate scope, fees, and contracts when needed.
• Identify risks and proactively address issues impacting success.
• Manage subconsultants as needed for project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams.
• Deliver exceptional client experience to foster repeat business.
