Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited institution.
• PE license and NBIS Bridge Inspection Team Leader certification.
• 12+ years NBIS bridge inspection experience for transportation clients.
• Proven record leading bridge inspection projects and technical teams.
• Current NHI/FHWA fracture critical inspection techniques certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major bridge inspection and load rating programs for regional clients.
• Grow the bridge inspection practice through business development and client engagement.
• Build relationships with state DOTs, transit agencies, and local governments.
• Provide technical leadership and asset management solutions.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee inspection reports, engineering recommendations, and deliverables.
• Lead proposals, negotiations, presentations, and interviews.
• Support regional growth through market analysis and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative infrastructure solutions.
• Mentor and develop bridge inspection staff.
