Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive bridge design experience, preferably with Vermont bridge projects.
• Thorough knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple schedules and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge projects from project initiation through design and construction phases.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with highway and traffic design leads.
