The Mannik & Smith Group is seeking an Experienced Bridge Engineer to lead innovative bridge and structural projects throughout Michigan. This hybrid position will require expertise in planning, design, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a Michigan PE license, and a minimum of 8 years in bridge design. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
• Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with MDOT and/or MDOT LAP projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform bridge and structural design as per MDOT and AASHTO standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.
• Mentor and support other engineers while growing your leadership.
