This hybrid position will require expertise in planning, design, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a Michigan PE license, and a minimum of 8 years in bridge design. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
• Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with MDOT and/or MDOT LAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform bridge and structural design as per MDOT and AASHTO standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.
• Mentor and support other engineers while growing your leadership.
