Fuss & O’Neill, a leading New England‑based consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager to join our growing team in Vermont. This role will focus primarily on managing bridge projects throughout the state, including work for VTrans and Vermont municipalities, while collaborating closely with our highway and traffic design teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in bridge design and construction, along with strong project management skills to lead projects from initial scoping through final design and into construction. This individual will play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, client relationships, and QA/QC processes while supporting the continued growth of our Vermont bridge practice. While Vermont will be the primary focus, opportunities to support projects across New Hampshire and Maine may also arise.
This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in‑office with a high‑performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week. We’re committed to supporting work‑life balance while maintaining strong team connection and project delivery.
