Zusammenfassung
HNTB is seeking a senior engineering professional to lead design calculations, technical reports, and project deliverables for Michigan infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project managers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using industry-standard tools.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in bridge design, MDOT experience, and proficiency with industry software.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
- Experience with MDOT bridge and structure design.
Aufgaben
- Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
- Assist with proposal generation and marketing tasks.
- Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of project teams’ work and mentor staff.
- Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
