• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project teams to deliver scope on time and on budget.
• Lead contract scoping, negotiations, and delivery of technical tasks and calculations.
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with cross-discipline teams to solve design issues.
• Support business development and pursue mega projects with strategic client relationships.
