PNC Financial Services Group seeks a Senior Brand Marketing Lead to define and activate a strategic pillar within Brand Marketing. The role partners with Corporate Responsibility to amplify investments that demonstrate community impact and brand distinction.

Based in a multi-city setting, this in-office position requires deep experience in integrated marketing, storytelling, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand narratives and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience building brand propositions, strategic platforms and activation models.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Aufgaben

• Define, build and evolve a strategic pillar within the brand with audience positioning.
• Partner with Corporate Responsibility and stakeholders to translate investments into brand distinction.
• Establish an integrated activation strategy linking priorities to audience needs.
• Create structure to move the pillar from strategy to execution across channels.
• Identify stories, programs and partnerships that support the proposition.
• Translate complex initiatives into human stories demonstrating relevance.
• Lead development of integrated marketing plans, campaigns and briefs.
• Collaborate with Communications for earned storytelling while owning strategy.
• Work with regional teams to tailor narratives for local relevance.
• Guide internal teams and agencies from briefing to execution.
• Leverage AI tools to refine propositions and measure success.
