Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, brand platform development, or related fields.
• Experience building a new brand proposition, strategic platform, or activation model from the ground up.
• Experience translating brand strategy into campaigns, content, partnerships, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a strategic brand pillar, including audience opportunity, positioning and narrative architecture.
• Partner with Corporate Responsibility to translate investments into a differentiated brand story.
• Lead development of integrated marketing plans, messaging frameworks and channel activation.
• Guide internal teams and external agencies from briefing to execution, ensuring brand standards.
