Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or related discipline.
• Experience building a new brand proposition, strategic platform, or activation model.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Define, build and evolve a strategic pillar within the PNC brand and its audience.
• Partner with Corporate Responsibility to translate investments into brand distinction.
• Establish an integrated activation strategy linking priorities to consumer needs.
• Create structure to move the pillar from strategy to execution across channels.
• Identify stories and partnerships to substantiate the proposition for external audiences.
• Translate complex initiatives into human stories and experiences for impact.
• Lead development of integrated marketing plans, audience strategies, and briefs.
• Collaborate with Communications to enable earned storytelling while owning strategy and activation.
• Work with regional teams to tailor narratives for local relevance.
• Guide internal and external teams from briefing to execution.
