Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to weave initiatives into the broader corporate identity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of brand purpose and policy landscape, including trends.
• Proven success advising senior-level executives.
• Track record delivering brand purpose programs across communications verticals.

• Strategic Planning & Program Development: Create and execute comprehensive brand purpose communications programs across owned, earned, shared, and paid media.
• Executive Communications & Counsel: Partner with senior executives, provide briefing materials, and manage platforms.
• Media Relations & Strategy: Leverage relationships to secure high-value placements for responsible business initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Narrative Integration: Align departments for cohesive, enterprise-wide strategy.
• Strategic Writing & Storytelling: Translate complex info into engaging, human-centric stories.
• Measurement & Optimization: Assess success and optimize future communications plans.
