itD is seeking a Senior Brand Portal Operations Manager in the United States to coordinate day-to-day portal operations and oversee website updates from internal design vendors. You will manage ~400–500 updates annually, prioritizing requests and tracking progress

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations.
2+ years of brand management experience.
Familiarity with Figma and managing internal websites, brand portals, or similar digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day brand portal operations, managing website development and design vendors to ensure timely delivery of updates and revisions.
Manage approximately 400–500 brand portal updates annually through internal case management workflows, prioritizing requests and tracking progress against deadlines.
Oversee project schedules, workflows, budget tracking, cost estimates, and vendor deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
