itD is seeking a Senior Brand Portal Operations Manager in the United States to coordinate day-to-day portal operations and oversee website updates from internal design vendors. You will manage ~400–500 updates annually, prioritizing requests and tracking progress

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations.
• 2+ years of brand management experience.
• Familiarity with Figma and managing internal websites, brand portals, or similar digital platforms.

• Coordinate day-to-day brand portal operations, managing website development and design vendors to ensure timely delivery of updates and revisions.
• Manage approximately 400–500 brand portal updates annually through internal case management workflows, prioritizing requests and tracking progress against deadlines.
• Oversee project schedules, workflows, budget tracking, cost estimates, and vendor deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
