This role supports running the weekly approvals cadence end to end, quality-checking decks, maintaining the approvals tracker as the source of truth, and coordinating cross-functional sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program/project coordination, or process management.
• Proven experience running recurring, deadline-driven processes with executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project tracking tools, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly internal approvals cadence end to end, including intake, materials preparation, pre-read routing, tracking, and follow-through.
• Quality-check approval decks and intake submissions, chase down missing information, and coordinate cross-functional sign-offs.
• Maintain the approvals tracker as the source of truth, and keep process documentation and workflow diagrams current.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings and collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning materials, and build material for the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events and work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools, and change management for internal platforms.
• Certification in project management or operations management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
