Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Manager IV – Brand Operations to support the Global Company Marketing team. You will manage brand portal operations, coordinate design and website development vendors, and maintain governance workflows.

The role requires 8+ years of PM/ops experience, 2+ years in brand management, and familiarity with Figma and internal websites. Remote in the United States, 8-month duration, with comprehensive benefits and no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or operations experience.
• 2+ years of brand management experience.
• Proven PM skills across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience handling high-volume workflows and budgets.
• Familiarity with Figma and internal websites/brand portals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work with design, development teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day brand portal operations with vendors to deliver updates.
• Manage 400–500 brand portal updates annually with internal workflows.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, estimates and vendor deliverables.
• Support brand governance by coordinating reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, owners and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and report status to management.
• Maintain internal brand websites/portals and ensure consistent branding.
