Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Camden, NJ seeks a Senior Brand Manager for Prego to lead brand strategy and growth. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Consumer Experience, R&D, and Supply Chain to accelerate growth and strengthen Prego's leadership position.

This is a hybrid role based at our Camden HQ, three days a week in the office. You will manage two direct reports and drive innovation, renovation, and portfolio management to deliver ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive brand management experience in CPG or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual Prego brand strategy and operating plan.
• Refresh and champion the brand's positioning and value proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities across households, usage occasions, formats and channels.
• Partner with Finance to manage performance, budgets and forecasts.
