Frida is seeking a Senior Brand Manager in Miami to lead commercial marketing strategies and business ownership for a key category. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Ecomm, Media, Creative, Operations and R&D to deliver annual revenue and margin goals while building mission-driven brands.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and experienced with cross-functional go-to-market plans, messaging, and assets across launches and renovations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or similar focus
• 6+ years of experience with at least 2-4 years in CPG Brand Management
• Strong business acumen with understanding of variables that grow a brand and business
• Excellent communicator with written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Autonomous yet collaborative, able to manage multiple projects
• Experience pulling, analyzing and visualizing Nielsen/IRI data with MS Office tools

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate go-to-market plans for new product launches and optimize budget delivery
• Define messaging strategy and oversee creative development of commercial assets
• Support development of annual/quarterly briefs to cross-functional teams
• Measure impact of paid, owned and earned activation on sales and apply learnings
• Track media performance and budget, linking spend to performance
• Lead retailer sell-in brief materials for new products and expansion opportunities
• Become a subject matter expert on the brand and portfolio to inform decisions
• Compile competitive intelligence to ensure optimal positioning
• Evaluate product performance in market to refine plans and SKU strategy
• Ad hoc market analysis and desk research to inform marketing strategies
• Manage promotion planning and reporting for successful events and sales
• Lead Nielsen category mapping for shopper insights
• Lead weekly business meetings to report trends and actions
• Other duties as assigned
