Job summary

HireLogic Search Group seeks a senior marketing leader to guide brand and growth from South Florida. You will bridge big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, shaping a multi-year brand plan, calendar, and paid campaigns.

You will build structure, delegate responsibilities, and lead both internal staff and external partners to ensure a consistent voice across channels and a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with several years in a leadership role.
• Ability to own strategy end-to-end from planning to execution and measurement.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of building structure within a marketing function.
