Job summary

Frida is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead retailer accounts and strengthen relationships while driving Frida’s business forward. The role focuses on managing Target and other key retailers, with omni‑channel launch oversight and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will partner with the Sr. Director of Sales and collaborate with Operations, Digital, and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights, negotiate plans, and maintain up‑to‑date PDPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required.
• Experience with national retailer platforms (Partners Online, Retail Link, Stibo).
• 4+ years in sales; CP G or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sr. Director of Sales to manage the Target business and key retail account relationships.
• Develop retailer-specific reporting delivering insights on Sales, Share, Competition, Inventory, and Retailer P&L.
• Manage retailer pipeline and communicate changes to sales, planning, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Operations to provide retailer updates (ship dates, pricing) and update the retailer pipeline.
• Own new item setup to ensure omni-channel launches succeed.
• Collaborate with Digital Team to keep retailer PDPs up to date and share online competitive insights.
• Lead ISM/Display planning and execution with retailers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with annual Retailer negotiation planning.
• Prepare weekly executive retailer recap reports with peers.
