Job summary

Frida is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join the marketing team and shape the Frida brand across all touchpoints. You will design and implement solutions for digital, print, packaging, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outputs.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Director, lead time management, and stay ahead of trends. A strong portfolio and senior-level expertise in print and digital design are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field
• 8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5.5+, especially: Figma expert; Illustrator expert for Print and Digital; Photoshop expert for Print and Digital; InDesign expert for Print; AfterEffects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and production in digital, print, packaging, and presentations
• Execute and deliver brand assets for website, emails, social, editorial, ads, and in-store collateral
• Monitor projects through production from concept to release
• Ensure designs reflect brand personality and consistency across channels
• Manage time constraints across design projects
• Stay current on design trends and tech advances
• Photo retouching when needed
• Meet weekly with Marketing Director to align priorities
• Handle other projects as assigned
