Frida is seeking a Marketing Execution Manager (Contract) to plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across all Frida brands in the US and global markets, while working with Brand, Creative and Sales to develop and execute marketing initiatives on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will manage internal timelines, vendor communications, budgets, assets and scopes, maintain brand standards, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in an agency or integrated marketing setting.
• Proven ability to manage project budget, scope, resourcing, deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong multi-tasking and milestone tracking.
• Experience in social/digital marketing and content production timelines and process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage yearly project calendars and schedules to meet requested launch timelines.
• Oversee marketing projects for Frida across all brands and global requests.
• Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Project Management, and Sales teams.
• Own Asana processes and ensure tasks, notes and assets are updated.
• Train new marketing team members on Asana, G-Drive and marketing processes.
