The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for smartwater and vitaminwater to translate brand strategy into annual plans and lead cross-functional teams. You will drive marketing activation, manage budgets, and champion consumer insights to guide growth and innovation across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in brand marketing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a track record of cross-functional execution in a fast-moving consumer context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and moving initiatives from strategy through execution.
• CPG, beverage, retail or other fast-moving consumer category experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual brand planning, translating long-term strategy into clear priorities and plans.
• Drive day-to-day business across smartwater and vitaminwater, aligning brand, innovation, marketing and commercial priorities.
• Monitor brand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Champion the consumer, translating insights into brand strategy and activation.
• Lead innovation and growth initiatives from strategy through commercialization with business cases.
• Oversee integrated marketing initiatives and agency partners to deliver against strategy and objectives.
• Partner across Commercial, Sales, Finance, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, bottlers and customers to drive alignment.
• Manage brand budgets and investment priorities with clear ownership and timelines.
