Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the smartwater and vitaminwater brands in North America. You will translate brand strategy into annual plans, drive innovation, and enable integrated marketing and commercial activation to grow the portfolio.

You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain and agency partners to deliver results, manage budgets, and champion consumer insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field required.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in brand marketing, general management, innovation, or related field.
Experience leading complex brands, portfolios or large-scale marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

Lead annual brand planning, translating long-term strategy into clear priorities and actionable plans.
Drive day-to-day brand agenda across smartwater and vitaminwater, aligning marketing and commercial priorities.
Monitor brand and business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to leadership.
Champion the consumer, translating insights and marketplace performance into strategy and activation.
Lead priority innovation and growth initiatives from strategy through commercialization with business cases and investments.
Oversee integrated marketing initiatives and agency partners to deliver against strategy and objectives.
Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, bottlers and customers to drive alignment and execution.
Manage brand budgets and investment priorities with clear ownership and timelines.
