Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive brand management or marketing experience in CPG.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, promotional, and advertising channels.
• Proven track record of managing product launches and go‑to‑market execution.
• Experience managing brand budgets with accountability for spend effectiveness.
• Prior people management or direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience contributing to brand building beyond established portfolios (new launches/line extensions) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of assigned drink mix brands to ensure alignment with strategies and priorities.
• Translate brand strategies into annual plans, initiatives, and execution roadmaps.
• Own brand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate to define insights and translate them into actionable brand decisions.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, promo, retail, advertising).
• Lead creative development from briefing through launch and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Oversee agencies and internal teams to ensure on‑brand, on‑time, on‑budget executions.
• Own launch management for new products and renovations with end‑to‑end execution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure launch readiness and sponsorships.
• Lead post‑launch evaluation and learning to inform future initiatives.
• Manage the brand marketing budget and optimize spend across initiatives.
