Mars is seeking a Sr. Associate Brand Manager in Chicago, IL, office-based. The role supports the cell team, builds brands for seasons, and drives the value creation plan.

You will lead cross-functional teams for planning, execution, and analysis, owning analytics, forecasting, and budget management to meet sales and penetration targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in Marketing (CPG preferred), strong communication, and proven project management and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
• Proven analytic skills and ability to mining and analyze data to draw actionable conclusions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to all levels of management.
• Proficient in managing complex projects and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze brand/season/cell performance, competitive dynamics, and category trends to offer recommendations.
• Influence brand strategy and growth opportunities using customer, consumer, and brand data.
• Monitor brand expenditures and manage the advertising and consumer promotions budget.
• Conduct post-evaluation of activities to derive lessons and recommendations for future brand activity.
• Execute marketing plans with cross-functional collaboration, tracking performance and adjusting plans.
