Caliwater, a cactus water brand, is seeking a senior marketing leader to partner with the founders and CEO. You will own velocity, consumer growth, and the marketing calendar, leading a team and managed agencies to scale retail and DTC efforts.

This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and travel for activations and events. Los Angeles is preferred; remote work is considered, with travel to trade shows and founder priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer marketing leadership, with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record building a brand platform, annual plan and activation calendar.
• Experience leading a cross-functional marketing team and agency partners.

Responsabilités

• Define and codify Caliwater’s brand platform with founders.
• Build and manage annual marketing plan and calendar.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate to high-impact initiatives.
• Drive velocity, rate of sale, and consumer funnel growth across channels.
• Lead digital surface, DTC, social, email, SMS, content, and data.
• Collaborate with sales, founders, and agencies to execute activations.
• Rebuild and scale the marketing team and define structure and roles.
