Job summary

Kalon Aesthetics is seeking a dynamic marketing leader to drive integrated brand growth for the Western region, spanning five centers and three brands across WA, CA, and AZ. You will own demand generation, brand durability, and multi-channel campaigns while coordinating with practice leaders and the brand director.

The role demands 3-5+ years in broad marketing, strong leadership, and proven ability to build organic growth engines. Occasional travel to managed centers is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years in broad marketing roles with leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location, multi-brand businesses preferred.
• Proven ability to build owned demand from a low baseline or create an organic growth engine.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing for the Western region across five centers and three brands.
• Translate objectives into executable marketing plans across content, SEO, CRM, social, paid media, PR.
• Own KPIs for demand, search, consult volume, and patient retention.
• Develop annual/quarterly brand growth plans by market and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Mentor and develop marketing team members and manage agency/external partners.
• Travel to managed centers regularly to drive projects and collaboration.
