Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior level design experience across print and digital
• Experience independently leading design projects from concept to completion
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
• Experience in in-house or professional services environments preferred
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution across formats including advertising, events, pitches, campaigns, and print/digital materials
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing, business development, and events
• Develop sophisticated PowerPoint presentations balancing visual design and usability
• Manage stakeholder relationships and multiple high-priority assignments
• Uphold brand standards and provide mentorship to team members
• Coordinate with internal partners and outside vendors for printing, video, events
