Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a Senior Designer to join the Marketing & Business Development team in a full-time remote role available to candidates nationwide. You will lead a diverse portfolio from concept through production, translating complex information into clear, compelling visuals across print, digital, presentations, campaigns, events, and video.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior design experience, a strong portfolio, expert Adobe CC skills, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of senior design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in a in-house, brand-side, B2B, or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Video content creation/editing experience; Premiere Pro required.
• Motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for sophisticated client-ready presentations.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand-system knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from intake and concept through production and delivery.
• Collaborate with attorneys, Marketing and Business Development teams, and leadership.
• Provide design consultation and recommend approaches based on goals and uses.
• Manage multiple high-priority assignments with strategic prioritization.
• Communicate branding, production, and workflow recommendations clearly.
