Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of senior design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery in fast-paced environments.
• In-house, brand-side, or professional services background preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; video editing experience required; motion graphics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high‑quality creative work across formats: ads, events, pitches, campaigns, brochures, digital graphics, and presentations.
• Create and edit professional video content for marketing, events, and firm communications.
• Apply visual storytelling to complex, text‑heavy materials and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop sophisticated, editable PowerPoint presentations balancing design and usability.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end and advise stakeholders on design approaches and tradeoffs.
• Provide creative consultation, prioritize work, and escalate when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and collaborate on governance with Brand Design Lead.
• Mentor designers, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to team development.
