Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This remote role supports business development, marketing, recruiting, events, and firm communications across print, digital, presentations, campaigns, and video.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of senior-level design experience, strong branding skills, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. You will lead projects, mentor peers, and ensure brand governance and production quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 7+ years of senior design experience with print and digital work.
• Experience leading projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in video content creation and editing.
• Excellent typography, layout, and brand system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across advertising, events, pitches, campaigns, and publications.
• Develop video content for marketing, BD, events, and communications.
• Translate complex information into clear visual communication.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure brand standards and governance across deliverables.
