Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage Nava's brand, ensuring a consistent identity across internal and external channels. You will lead branding efforts, create assets, and guide design strategy in collaboration with the comms and marketing teams.

The role offers a fully remote work model with US-wide eligibility, including Maine, and includes opportunities to shape brand narratives, annual reports, and materials for events and bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Proficient in web-based and print-based design software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Manage brand assets, style guides, and photography.
• Create external brand materials and templates for recruiting and communications.
• Contribute to brand strategy, audience research, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing, comms, and BD on design for events and bids.
• Design annual reports and branded materials for internal and external use.
• Support internal trainings and executive presentation decks.
• Develop swag, internal processes, and ensure quality control.
