Job summary

Roo, a remote-first veterinary staffing platform, is seeking a Growth Analytics Lead to shape and measure company initiatives. You will partner with Head of Product and initiative leads to define objectives and core metrics for every workstream.

You will own dashboarding, translate insights into execution directions for product teams, and size new opportunities. This role requires 5+ years in product or analytics and strong SQL skills. Occasional SF onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running ad hoc investigations on datasets using SQL.
• Deep understanding of marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics.
• Ability to express relationships with mathematical equations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Product and Initiative Leads to set and monitor objectives and core metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress of each workstream.
• Identify opportunities with Go To Market teams and measure impact of levers.
• Translate insights into clear execution directions for product teams.
• Size new opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
