Qualifications

• 5+ years in art direction, graphic design, or related creative fields across multiple channels.
• Bachelor/ University degree in Visual Communication or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and lead conceptually strong creative work that strengthens brand identity.
• Strong visual taste with understanding of typography, image-making, and brand systems.
• Experience directing integrated creative across brand, campaign, digital, social, and experiential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel visual storytelling across brand campaigns, design, photography, video, and digital experiences.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and systems for campaigns and launches.
• Establish creative direction from concept through execution and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Social, and Market partners to align strategy and creative.
• Direct photographers, editors, and production partners; oversee talent direction and post-production as needed.
• Guide internal designers and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
