Mary Kay Inc. is seeking a Senior Art Director (Brand Image & Content) to lead multi-channel visual storytelling for global campaigns.

You will translate brand strategy into distinctive visual systems, drive creative excellence, and manage cross-functional teams across photography, design, digital, social, and motion. Based at our Addison, TX headquarters, you’ll partner with Marketing, Social, Digital, and regional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

• 5+ years in art direction or related fields.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns and channels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
