Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns and supporting the team to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy
• Support team to achieve store goals
