Qualifications

• 5+ years of brokerage/financial services experience with management experience.
• FINRA registrations: Series 7, 63/65 or 66 and 8 or 9 & 10 required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Independent, proactive self-starter with sound judgment.
• Highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision and workflow of all operations functions.
• Manage money movement, fund disbursement and fund receipt in line with FINRA rules.
• Handle all order processing, including cancellations and corrections.
• Open accounts and liaison with Firm infrastructure.
• Train and lead operational support staff.
• Coordinate onboarding of Financial Professionals.
• Provide special support as requested by Branch Manager.
