Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc is seeking a Senior Branch Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role will supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the Branch Office Manager as well as National Branch Operations Administrator.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of brokerage/financial services leadership, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to drive efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brokerage/financial services experience with management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee money movement, fund disbursement and fund receipt activity per FINRA rules.
• Manage order processing, cancellations, corrections and client service inquiries.
• Supervise and train operational support staff.
• Coordinate with Branch Office Manager and Firm infrastructure teams.
• Serve as liaison between Branch and other Firm departments.
