Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Senior Branch Optimization and Support Analyst to join the Branch Service Delivery Team. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and deliver consistent service across the branch network.

You will analyze branch performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee effectiveness, and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Coursework or certifications in data analysis, process improvement, or operations management are desirable.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in branch operations, branch support, business and data analytics, process improvement, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives, including workflow analysis, piloting changes, implementation support, and change-management activities.
• Experience collaborating with branch teams and administrative departments to resolve operational challenges and build alignment on process changes.
• Regular communication with employees at all organizational levels to convey process updates, gather feedback, and support deployment of new workflows.
• Working knowledge of the Bank’s CIP, BSA, and AML requirements and how they influence branch operations and procedure development.
