Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework desirable.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Experience evaluating consumer loan requests preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial instruments.
• Professional, confidential handling of member and employee matters.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and lead branch staff to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategically implement branch goals and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Conduct training, coaching and observations to improve team performance.
• Analyze branch operations, security, growth and services; report findings.
• Oversee scheduling, training and performance evaluations of staff.
