Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our Ewa Beach #3919 location, overseeing 30–50 associates and guiding the team to become the Best Local Supply House. You will align sales strategy with customer experience, develop associates, and drive growth while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will report to the Senior Market Operations Manager, manage key vendor relationships, and shape pricing proposals and strategic plans for major accounts. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience and 5 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of MRO products and/or programs.
• Ability to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver presentations.
• Constructive and empathetic communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Occasional overnights and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure coordination and service levels.
• Sets objectives for key accounts and sales reps; monitors progress.
• Accompanies sales reps on existing accounts and calls with customers.
• Contributes to pricing proposals and strategic plans for large accounts.
• Monitors sales trends, market dynamics, and product performance; analyzes customer preferences.
• Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Reviews operational records to forecast sales and profitability; prepares short/long term plans.
• Delivers sales strategies using marketing programs to hit targets.
• Participates in leadership meetings and represents associate concerns to management.
