Job summary

Ferguson in Irving, TX is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a team and drive the agenda to become the Best Local Supply House. You will align sales strategy with customer experience, cultivate local relationships, and ensure sales goals are met while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role oversees 2 associates, reports to the branch manager, and requires Monday–Friday 7am–5pm with overtime as needed. A focus on P&L, pricing, and logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgets and financials.
• Experience in creating and sustaining a high-performance culture.
• Ability to identify team training needs and support associate development.

Responsibilities

• P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development.
• Build customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accounts.
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs.
• Coordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operations.
• Lead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach.
• Promote and maintain a safety-first culture by following all HSE policies.
