Job summary

Provident Bank in Milltown, NJ seeks a VP, Branch Manager to drive consumer and business banking relationships and oversee multi-branch operations. You will lead branch teams, ensure compliance, and promote sales and service excellence in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 7 years Branch Manager experience in a sales and service environment.
• Business development experience with strong community ties.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all assigned goals and monitor sales. Lead weekly team huddles and meetings.
• Manage external sales calling program.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to branch staff.
• Participate in leadership development and training.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and monitor via satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with local organizations and community events.
• Oversee branch operations and risk management in line with policy.
