Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a full service branch, including lending, customer service, and staff supervision. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, while delivering exceptional client relations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, developing new business, and maintaining branch profitability through loan volume and service excellence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
Personnel management and budgeting skills.
Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
Proficient working knowledge of loan software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expense.
Make loan decisions up to lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in delinquency while adhering to guidelines.
Actively pursue business development relationships within the community to sell products and meet sales goals.
Handle hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable; establish lending authority.
Ensure high quality client service; assist clients with solutions and monitor satisfaction.
